 Truth of  edible vegetable oil

Vegetable oil may conjure up images of the bottles of oil frequently seen at supermarkets and used for deep-frying dishes. Actually, a considerably wider variety of oils are included under the heading of vegetable oil.

Vegetable oil doesn't necessarily come from vegetables, thus the term is a little deceptive. It is taken out of many fruits, seeds, grains, and nuts. Various types of vegetable oil are available for a wide range of cooking needs. The most beneficial vegetable oils are:‌

  • Canola
  • Corn
  • Olive
  • Peanut Safflower
  • Soybean
  •  Sunflower

Myth: Zero Cholesterol

Truth: - Cholesterol is found only in animal fats, meat, fish, milk and milk products, no vegetable fat contains cholesterol. In advertisements like soybean, sunflower, and sulfur etc. it has been said that there is zero cholesterol in those oils. The fact is that all vegetable oils are zero cholesterol. Peanut, sesame and mustard oil also do not contain cholesterol.

Illusion :- Kalesral Fighter

Truth:- The level of cholesterol in the human body also depends on the type of fat. The saturated fat of vegetable ghee increases cholesterol levels. Oils high in PUFA (Poly Unsaturated Fatty Acid) such as soybean, sunflower and cephalar reduce levels of both the harmful LDL (Low Density Lipoproteins) beneficial HDL (High Low Density Lipoprotiens), while those high in MUFA (Mono Unsaturated Fatty Acid) Oils such as mustard, groundnut, linseed and olive reduce harmful LDL and maintain beneficial HDL levels.

Myth: Vitamin E

Fact:- Vitamin E found in soybean is of delta type, which is not involved in human metabolism. It is true that the protein content in soybean is only 35-40%, but the protein derived from soybean is complex glycine which can be easily digested by animals, but the structure of the human body is unable to digest it. Soybean also contains Triplisan and other growth inhibitors and toxic substances like heme nucleotides etc., which can be eliminated only by heating in a closed vessel at 15 pound pressure for 30 minutes.

Illusion:- Made With State Of The Art Technology

Fact:- Harmful chemicals like chloroethylene, commercial grade hexane and caustic soda etc are used to extract soybean and other edible oil, while Indian traditional mustard, mustard, groundnut and sesame have high oil content (40-75%) Is. And it is extracted by distilleries and small units with only normal pressure and healthy and eco-friendly techniques without the use of any chemicals for thousands of years. If our body, throat etc start reacting to the caustic soda left in the refined oil, then asthma attack may occur. The body replaces these germinal fluids. These caustics dissolve mucus under the nose.

Confusion:- Colorless and Odorless

Fact:- The rich flavor and color of Indian traditional edible oils is due to the presence of beneficial antioxidants, tocopherols, lecithin, vitatoxin etc. in it. Refining is an unnecessary process for Indian traditional edible oils, in which their beneficial ingredients like lecithin, phytosterols and vitamins are lost.

Illusion :- The real taste of food

Truth:- The natural taste and smell of other edible oils like soybean, salwar, saflar etc. is not acceptable. Hence it is removed artificially by chemicals. Indian traditional edible oils have their own unique aroma and taste, which makes food nutritious and delicious.
