Causes of ringworm and itching

Natural medicine and treatment for ringworm and itching

  • Clean your body regularly and wear clean clothes.
  • Use soap sparingly. Even if you do, use mild soap.
  • When it itches, do not scratch with hands, rather gently caress the area with a clean soft cloth.

Baking soda 

  • Baking soda is a very common treatment for itching. Applying baking soda provides great relief from itching.

  • Fill the bathtub with cold water, then add 1 cup of soda to it. Now sit in the tub for about 1/2 hour. After coming out, do not rub the body with the towel, instead wipe it lightly with a soft cloth. If possible, let the body dry itself. Do this every day for a few days.

  • Apart from this, take 3 tbsp soda and mix 1 tbsp water in it and make a paste. Now apply this paste wherever you feel itching and leave it for 10 minutes. Then wash. Do this once a day for a few days.

Cold water 

  • Pour water wherever there is itching. Cold water provides great relief in khujli. There are many ways to use it.

  • Pour water on the itchy area through the tap.

  • Wrap ice in a cloth and place it on the itchy area.

  • Stand under the shower.

  • Rub the itchy area with a wet cloth.

Lemon 

Lemon is also used to relieve itching. Lemon contains citric acid, due to which it acts as an antiseptic.

  • Extract the juice of 1-2 lemons.

  • Now apply this on the itchy area with the help of a cotton.

  • Now let it dry for some time, then wash it with lukewarm water.

  • Do this twice a day until you get relief.

  • Apart from this, apply linseed oil mixed with lemon juice. The itching will go away.

Special tip – If your skin is sensitive, then do not adopt this method.

Vinegar 

  • Apple cider vinegar is antiseptic and anti-itching. Applying this provides quick relief from itching.

  • Fill cold water in the bath tub and add 2-3 cups of vinegar in it. Now sit in this water for 15-30 minutes. After this, dry the body and apply moisturizer. Do this every day until you get relief.

  • Apart from this, take some vinegar and apply it on the itchy area with the help of cotton. Leave it for ½ hour and then wash it. Do 2 a day until you get relief.


Aloe Vera

  • Aloe vera has antimicrobial properties. It has vitamin E, which lessens irritation and moisturises the skin.

  • Take the gel out of the leaf of aloe vera. Now dab this gel onto the irritated region. After fifteen minutes, wash it with lukewarm water. Apply this Assam remedy once day.

  • In addition, combine 1 tablespoon aloe vera gel with 2 tablespoons green clay to create a paste. After applying, allow it to dry, and then wash it. Once a day, every day, do this.

In addition, consume aloe vera juice each morning. Nothing will itch as a result.

Basil

  • Other than Tulsi, what could be a more effective Ayurvedic remedy? The most effective natural cure for itching is this. The components in basil rapidly treat illnesses including itchiness.

  • Add a few dried basil leaves to two cups of water, then bring to a boil. After a while, cover it and let it to cool. Now, using cotton, apply it to the area that is itchy. When you use it again, cover the remaining water. Use this whenever an itchy episode strikes. You'll feel a great sense of relief.

  • Crushed basil leaves can be applied to the area that is irritating in addition to oil. After letting it air dry for a while, give it a quick wash in warm water. 

Celery flowers

  • It is very helpful in removing itching.

  • Put celery flowers in 2 cups of water and boil.

  • Cover it and let it cool.

  • Now filter it and apply it on the itch with the help of cotton.

Apply it as often as possible.

Chandan 

  • Sandalwood is also helpful in relieving itching.

  • Apply sandalwood oil on the itch with the help of cotton. Massage for some time and you will get relief.

  • Relief can also be found by applying sandalwood paste on itching.

  • For itching, it is best that you never let the body become dry and lifeless. To moisturize the body, massage it with cream or oil from time to time. Dry skin itches more.
